My plug is inactive — what do I do?
Each device card has a coloured border showing its status:
- Green — On
- Red — Off
- Yellow — Error (offline or a communication problem)
- Grey — Inactive (hasn't reported in recently)
Open the device to see "Last Heartbeat" — the time it last reported in.
Steps to get it back online
- Turn the plug off and on using the main switch on the device.
- The Wi-Fi connection may be poor — consider moving the plug (or your router) to a spot with a stronger signal.
